Comment:  middle tier forever, along with Zeta. There are just too many hit or misses with the chapter. They aren't bottom tier with Gamma Phi or Pi Phi, but Kappa Delta definitely has a better rep at this point in the middle tier. Axid isn't the most attractive, isn't the most involved, and isn't the smartest, but they're overall nice girls.
