Comment:  Kappa Delta I heard is a low tier sorority, they are so boring. The girls are really nice, not the best looking and are mean to other sororities because they try too hard to be as popular as Alpha Xi Delta and Alpha Phi, I'm definitely NOT going Kappa Delta.
