Comment:  I found the fall rush to be quite soul crushing to the girls who felt they clicked, who walked away from the parties feeling at home only to be cut. I know one student who was cut who cried two hours because she thought they wanted her...fyi don't ask them to follow you on social media during recruitment. It creates a false hope.
