Comment:  Theta Chi isn't top house, but they're one of the top 4 on campus (close with Fiji, behind DU and SAE). These guys throw down, they are easy to talk to, and they are fun to hang around. Mostly coasties in Theta Chi, but also a good presence of Wisconsin boys too. If that house was on the lake it would be game over.
