Comment:  Girls perspective of this fraternity is that the guys are hot and extremely charismatic/fun to spend time with. They throw some of the best parties on campus, and it’s always a good time at their house. Guys opinion is that they are great but not excellent, but they are getting there. Probably top 3 as far as tailgates go. Their future really depends on this year’s pledge class. Last year’s PC was a huge step forward for them compared to the year before that, but they need to focus on getting the same quality of guys this year as last year.
