Comment:  When I first visited, everyone was very friendly and the brotherhood was very strong. The house by it self is pretty big and has a lot of potential to become one of the top frats on campus. They just need to take the time to renovate and clean up the interior house first cause it was kind of dirty. In other words, it could use a facelift. Some of the other frats I visited did have cleaner and nicer interiors than beta sig, but most members weren’t very welcoming and overall kinda seemed like rich douchebags. Beta sig seemed like they get the work done first then play later. I just wish they would put some of that work into cleaning up their house.
