Comment:  Just got their charter and still pretty new to campus. 1/3 of their guys could probably be in a top house but then again 1/3 of their guys probably only got a bid so they could meet chartering requirements. They’ve done some joint parties with other middle tier fraternities and those have always been really fun. They seem like they’re currently on the rise... they’re at the glv so that should help!
