Comment:  The mothership! PC 15 is the best pledge class out of all of Chi Omega! This is definitely one of the top houses at University of Arkansas and rightfully so. They are the founding chapter of Chi Omega and they live up to the task of being a model founding chapter! Who doesn't want to be a Hoot Psi?
