Comment:  If your not popular, don't come from money, and want to just be able to say your in a frat join Theta chi, they are very nice I will say that. The VP always tries to get in every girl pants when he is nothing special. They do have the silent party every year as a fundraiser and it is ALOT OF FUN! overall very nice guys but easy to get into.
