Comment:  Are aphis dues suspiciously high because they have a budget dedicated to removing negative ranks about them on greek rank, because they've removed the last two. They must be scared to admit they haven't been top tier in years and at this point they are pretty much bottom. Almost bottom in grades, bottom in involvement. They don't do anything but go to the rail and they never show up to class.
