Comment:  Lived with a phi sig. Not a friendly bunch, just seems like they're superficial and only care about partying and looking hot. UMBC's greek life is not typical, but phi sig is your typical airhead sorority that you'd see anywhere else. Some are involved, especially the new class which seems promising.
