Comment:  Frank the Tank here again to give you incoming new freshman REAL insight on the fraternities. Pi Kapp USED to be the top house fraternity, but due to the lack of brothers not wanting to hold a position it led them straight to the ground hard. Easily the number one fraternity before, but they fell off so hard due to the lack of bad recruiting. Definitely DO NOT want to be in this fraternity right now. They think they're cool but definitely not anymore.
