Comment:  All in all, next year for DU is going to be a rollercoaster ride. With the incoming former sig eps, DU is absorbing more money, more brothers, and a pgp (zeta). Their overall relevance is still unknown until we see how the two brotherhoods mix together and how many girls come to their parties. They have a sick house and have been known for throwing a lot of parties, and Sig ep had a very similar reputation (slightly higher on ranks). I'd expect them to be throwing a ton of parties in the fall funded by their new budget and incoming sig eps. It will be equally important for them to pull both sororities as well as rushees to their house. I'd expect them to land anywhere between DTD and Chi Phi
