Comment:  Good house location. They host a lot of late nights and basically let anyone in, so it can be kind of a mixed bag but the parties are usually decent. I think most of the guys are okay, but there’s a couple of brothers who ruin it for the rest of the bunch (creepy, too persistent, etc.). I think they know their rep though and definitely work to push all the creeps out. Not known for being particularly social or desirable, but average overall.
