Comment:  I think Sigma Pi has finally reached the bottom of the top tier houses due to the fall of numerous fraternities this past year. They pair with a wide variety of sororities and have a great set up for quad with the enclosed courtyard and tarp! SIDE NOTE: Does anyone know who the last president was? I'm pretty sure he went abroad to Spain this last semester... I hear he lays unreal pipe:)
