Comment:  They are the largest fraternity on campus and the ones that are offered bids are 95% of the time going to accept it. Their brotherhood is great and this fraternity is about as close to a state school as you are going to get at Creighton. They really come out during recruitment and are the stars of the show, but tend to fall off the radar during the rest of the year and focus on bettering themselves. If they were as outgoing and prominent as Phi Delt, I'd say they'd be top house without a doubt.
