Comment:  The thing that sets apart Pike and Sig Pi is that the girls I know were genuinely excited to go to Pike's formal this spring but kinda just went to Sig Pi's because they were invited and figured since Sig Pi is a top tier house they'll have friends from their sorority along with them. They're top tier because they own a lot of the houses on Bellomy and throw a couple of quality parties each year but everyone knows that, aside from a few cool ones, these guys are the fakest in the Greek System and only really care about partying and getting girls. If you want real brotherhood in your fraternity I'd look elsewhere.
