Comment:  I shouldn't really need to rank them. This is one of the top fraternity chapters IN THE NATION. ATO is in a frenzy of self-ranking, and now down-ranking Pike so they'll move ahead on the front page. The instant that happens, watch for them to start promoting that they are the #1 fraternity on GreekRank. They are not bad. They're just not good enough to be top house.
