Comment:  Chi Omega hasn't met quota for the past two years and most likely won't meet it again because every PNM wants either DG or Gphi. They put on a huge show for recruitment but need to realize they are now middle-tier and that they are no longer going to get the top girls. The sisterhood is so divided and cliquey, their last PC was a huge flop and an embarrassment. They aren't friendly, they are fake during rounds to try to swing you. Their parties are never fun and top fraternities don't mix often with them because they stand there on their phones the entire time. Acknowledge you're middle-tier and start recruiting lower-quality girls.
