Comment:  A phi is a top hose because they have a few standout girls who are pretty and hang out with too frats. Other than they they have a bunch of randos who everyone seems to forget about. A ton of girls drop and they always have to COB because they can’t fill their pledge classes. Despite a few good girls and an effort to hide it on social media, this chapter is seriously lacking in good relationships with each other and other greek organizations.
