Comment:  fake chapter in my opinion. They hide their “average girls” from their Instagram and pnms to make themselves look better. They only have 100 girls from their WHOLE chapter rush pnms unlike other chapters so new members only see the prettiest faces and are surprised when they actually run home. PC 17 was also not on par for their “top tier” status. Overrated
