Comment:  I can totally see SigEp moving up to a top tier house this fall with SAE gone and Kappa Sig in trouble. I know a decent amount of girls in my house hang out at SigEp all the time and a few of them are dating SigEp boys. To be honest, this is the house (after sig chi) me and my girlfriends will be going to a lot in the fall.
