Comment:  Considered lower tier here, but that only matters for what frats they are able mix with. Most of the girls I've at least met in here are smart, cool and laid back, and don't align with the poor reputation they have. As a whole chapter they are not very involved in Panhellenic events, although that's not to say that there are not girls who are involved (the Panhellenic Council President is in this chapter.) In summary: not popular with fraternities and tend to keep to themselves, but actually have a lot of cool girls.
