Comment:  Honestly, I wish I would’ve had summer live-in with these fine young men last year. Yes, they had ONLY a couple awakened boys, but that’s any house ever, lmao. They 110% have the cleanest physical house on campus, with many more improvements to come!! These guys NEVER fail to let anyone down, and their parties always deliver the best memories. Also, PC 18’ is lookin’ fine asfffffff—every guy that’s accepting a bid is a 10/10!! Very exciting to see this house rise through the tiers and make it to the honest top. PiPhi for life!!!!
