Comment:  Pi phi has always had trouble carving out an image for themselves on campus. For a long time they seemed to be DG's little sisters, similar demeanor but not quite cool enough to be Dg but not a bad chapter either. They seem to be doing better at being established and involved but they're recruitment has only seemed to get worse. They used to fill quota, now they're only getting like 15 girls.
