Comment:  Theta always has a reputation for taking themselves very seriously, almost like a job interview, which is off putting to some girls but attractive to others. Lately they’ve actually done a good job of getting some chill girls and partiers to make guys want to mix with them more. They’re still a solid middle house but rush’18 will probably be good for them especially since they always have the most creative themes tbh
