Comment:  The older guys are a bunch of creeps, especially at parties. However, their younger guys are much better and are pretty fun (and pretty good looking) so they look like they are headed in the right direction. Give this house a year or two but for now they are not really worth going to for parties especially with ZBT and Lambda on the way.
