Comment:  This sorority isn't like the others. One, Phi Rho is exclusively for female engineers; and two, their recruitment process is different and occurs at a separate time than the others. I've had the wonderful chance of meeting a couple of these girls and I can say that they are very genuine, smart, and fun people. Their sisterhood is very strong and they host a lot of social events. They put a lot of effort into their philanthropy by hosting fundraisers throughout the year.
