Comment:  ChiOs are nice and average. Bound to find someone you like in the chapter, but a random mix of girls! A perfect example of let a few odd ones in and the whole chapter eventually gets weird. But always have had a rep for smart, involved, and fun! Just need to improve their internal sisterhood.
