Comment:  they are somehow still considered top tier (due to their one day party where they pay a ridiculous amount of money to get an average soundcloud dj) but are clearly falling. Not popular with the freshmen anymore as guys are choosing to rush the other frats in the winter (there are a few better ones) instead and less and less girls are hanging out with them. My prediction is that sig pi will be mid tier in a year or two.
