Comment:  Pi Kappa Phi held the spot as West Chester's top house for literal decades but finally overshadowed by SAE this year with rumors of them being kicked off. They are by far the most hated house on campus due to their arrogance but also throw the best parties/mixers. Not everybody is shallow and a lot of the guys I know are also friendly.
