Comment:  I want to be honest as someone who was a member in this house but ended up dropping. Sure Theta has an image of nice girls and not as much cattiness, but it doesn't mean that it is easy to get to know girls in this house or that there isn't drama. Girls are a lot more introverted in this house and stick to themselves and it can be hard to integrate yourself into existing cliques. Girls won't badmouth each other to outsiders but they will gossip about each other within the house and there is a lack of cohesion with girls who are way too different from each other. A lot of girls in this house got rejected from another house they wanted more, frequently ZTA and there are some sneaky social climbers in Theta. The reason I dropped is that I went through a hard personal time and nobody really reached out to me at all or supported me the way I was expecting. I tried to get to know people and make friends in the house but ended up feeling lonely more than anything because my efforts weren't returned. Don't just choose a house because the girls appear to be "nice" because it seems that even the nice houses in the greek system can't get away from cliques and drama that I thought I left behind in high school.
