Comment:  Phi is a house that is filled with great women. I think that they have many cliques that inhibit their ability to have great sisterhood or be panhellenic in the way that they strive to be. Great parties and they are often found with SigEP or FIJI. There is a lot of potential in this house, but they are lacking that motivation to continuously strive for progress as an organization
