Comment:  I came to UMD for a year and transferred out, so i didnt rush a sorority but i did get to know a lot of these girls. i came to this site to check out my new campus but i had to say a word about phi mu! although i didnt go greek, i made real friendships with phi mu girls through classes and parties, and it definitely sounds like they have problem members but i can say id feel 100% more comfortable in this chapter than the others, considering the looks and whispers id get from other sorority girls when i walked into a frat party. news flash, i am allowed to go out too. anyways, all my phi mu friends were getting busy with full class loads, jobs, and doing different things for the chapter. so they may not all be your best friend, but im happy i could just talk to girls who were setting themselves up for success after college. i think thats worth more.
