Comment:  Have a rep for self-ranking and caring too much about their reputation that unfortunately comes with being a new sorority (see phi mu and phi sig) but also for being genuine and down-to-earth, which many PNMs are starting to value more and more. Good things will continue to come to them if they tone down the self-ranking a little, can easily be mid tier once AXO comes back
