Comment:  PhiDelt would literally be the best house on campus if they weren't a dry house. Otherwise, the guys are super funny, really chill, and love to party. Haven't met a PhiDelt I wouldn't wanna be friends with. Seems like they have an amazing brotherhood. Only downfalls are they're a dry house, and they aren't super involved.
