Comment:  Theta was a really strong house at IU for a long time. New pledge class is a weird gaggle of girls with nothing really bringing them together. The new PC gives off mad "horse girl" vibes. Their new PC is generally unattractive, not very nice, and not very friendly, in other words, doesn't have much going for it.
