Comment:  You say some of the top 5 is in the bottom 5 with their numbers. Kappa is the only "top 5" in the bottom as far as numbers (they're actually 2nd to last). The rest of the "top 5"...KD, DDD, Chi O, and Phi Mu...are all in the top 5 as far as chapter size.
