Comment:  If you want a realistic review (and not just some hateful remark) I can tell you that these guys are middle tier most of the year and upper-mid to lower-top in spring when they throw some big ragers. My house has a pretty good relationship with these guys and they try their hardest to stay involved in the greek community. To any rushees: check out houses yourself and don't rely on this site, you're only gonna find negativity here.
