Comment:  Chi Phi isn't that great anymore and they have been slipping over the past few years, many of there brothers have been around for to long and should have already graduated already and since there house is off campus they are not that regulated. Once a year they hold an event called derby days for there philanthropy, but this previous semester it was very bias and I could tell it wasn't about the charity it was about there personal gain.
