Comment:  Beta has been a top house at UNL for as long as anyone can remember. With both Sig Ep and SAE declining in recent years, they clearly have the edge now. Definitely not known as a "party house" but they are well rounded and definitely have an up and coming social scene. Definitely one of the top 3 houses on campus, depending on what you are looking for.
