Comment:  Pi Phi has been on campus for nearly 6 years and they still don’t have a strong image - the chapter is kind of a melting pot of girls and often they have tiny recruitment classes, in the past year they’re sisterhood seems to have improved a ton and they at least seem to enjoy the company of each other now - but the still need a lot of work before they’re anywhere near a “top house” like the previous commenter seems to believe
