Comment:  Besides the sticky floor this house is great. Parties are Wild and I always make so many friends. The guys are friendly and not pushy at all. Their brotherhood is amazing. They always got each others backs and are really close. They are also getting renovations so the house will be 10x better. I do feel bad for pledges tho, as they have a very hard time from the other members.
