Comment:  This chapter puts on a big show, but lies and cheats during recruitment. They recruit based on money, hometown, and looks. They are top tier, which makes them not care about the PNM’s. Leaves PNM’s feeling bad about themselves. I wish they would recruit based on values, because they have some wonderful individuals!
