Comment:  Probably not the best place to be spending your time. A lot of the guys are weird. Those that are not are alright. They aren’t really a fraternity. More like a group of guys who just kinda party. The parties aren’t that great and are hit or miss and they have some serious problems with leadership and organization. Probably going to loose the house in two years. Definitely on the decline. Upper bottom tier if I’m being generous. Bottom tier if i am being honest.
