I’ve seen comments about kappas PC 17 being better than PC 17, if you’re the type of person who wants to smoke weed and party so hard you don’t remember most of your college days, go kappa. If you want to meet some genuine sweet girls who yes, like to go out and party, yet are classy about it, then go Pi Phi. Every pi phi that I’ve met has always been loving and sweet and they are just great people to hang around.
