Comment:  SigEp fell off from being top house after a major incident within the Fraternity. After that, they’ve been slowly climbing their way back up. They have the best grades and are winning IMs. They have good connections with KD, Zeta, and now they have a DG as QOH. Things are starting to look better for them. Give it a couple years.
