Comment:  Fraternity is doing its best to recolonize and they are actively getting involved. It's a matter of time before they start getting better. They cannot do that without being given a chance to grow a little. Lots of competition here for sure, but they seem like they have a chance to break through it and establish themselves in the middle tier somewhere possibly.
