Comment:  Fraternity is on the rise. One party so far but def have to look to next semester for a planned out year (maybe more parties). They going to be getting the house soon you can put your money on them because the Pike alumni won’t let any other frat have that house for long. Just a new Frat so they can’t be top obviously but have potential to get better.
