Comment:  Disregard 90% of the bad reviews on theta xi since they are almost all written by other frat guys trying to lower other frats rankings but they really are a good house. They’re not the biggest house but the guys are really nice and fun and throw some great parties. I always have a great time at parties and my friends that i’ve brought love them right away. Underrated house
